What chain lube/wax for long tips?

I am going to be taking a trip on my bike later this summer. A couple of the days will be over 500 miles. What does everyone suggest for a long lasting chain lube or wax? I plan on relubing the chain at the end of the day, but not angry more often so it has a chance to dry. It would also be nice...

    Airhawk seat pad

Has anyone used an airhawk seat pad on their fz6? I tried one on my friends fz6 yesterday and it was fantastic. He had one that seemed slightly small for the Fz seat though. I think the "cruiser medium" looks like it might fit well. Does anyone have a recommendation on that? I could see it being...

    Change one front brake pad?

I have one brake pad and I need to change my front brake pads. Is it dumb to only change one? Also, I need to buy a new battery soon. Any suggestions on brand or type? I want it to last as long as possible so if I have to spend some extra money, that would be okay.

gear change or not to gear change?

Hi everyone, its been a long time since my last real visit. I have a question. I use my fz for touring mostly. Last year I put a 15 tooth sprocket on the front. Way different ride and far more comfortable for the roads I typically ride. In June of 2015 I plan on doing a long highway ride. Should...

Clutch adjuster at lever not enough at full extension

Hi all, I bought a new clutch cable about 6 months ago. Clearly the cable has been stretching over time and has settled down now, but as my clutch adjuster is at near maximum, and that the centre adjuster is as far as it will safely go whilst still being connected, I have nowhere else to go if...
