Well I haven't been posting on the forum much lately mostly just lurking. Been staying busy with our newborn, trying to sell the house this and that on and on. Haven't even been able to ride much other than errands and commuting but was able to get out for a nice ride over the weekend in the NC/SC mountains. Weather was great folliage was beautiful even took a break for some action shots which we don't usually do. Anyway figured you guys would enjoy and I'd take the time to post some up.

Pics are of myself on the FZ and my ridin' partner on his '08 CBR600

Beautiful. Sometimes it's hard to keep your eye on the road when the scenery is so breathtaking.

Nice pics and I know you enjoyed yourself. I hope you got some gas before you had to push through the mountain side instead of riding.

Lol Well actually it was blinking for reserve but I was only a few miles from home at that point and I can usually get atleast another 30 once it comes on so no worries. good eye though

it was a beautiful day...I even did take some time and slow down to enjoy the scenery. It's funny I've ridden thousands of miles on these roads and still see new things everytime I go.

Beautiful ride! I grew up in the northeast and can tell you there were colors in autumn that were unreal and made you glad you were alive. Killer shots and thank you for sharing with us.

Sweet! Those pics remind me of the last ride I took here in the Adirondacks 3+ weeks ago. Now our trees are brown or bare. Too much rain and wind for the colors to last very long this year. Now I can't wait to see it green again cause that means road time.

Road or Hwy names? Don't hold out on us!

It's a pretty desolate road that runs out of Rocky Bottom,SC from Hwy 178 over to 276. Start on F Van Clayton, TL on Glady Fork and TR onto East Fork which takes you through to 276. As info Glady Fork and F Van are rough roads, Glady had gravel everywhere I think they had dumped it in preperation for winter we really had to slow down and were still slipping and sliding everywhere. There's a lot of other roads in the area too that are off the main hwy and let you get away from the traffic on the busy weekends just got to get out and explore.
