New handlebars

I bought new ones a few weeks ago and realized they didn't have any adapters or inserts for the bar ends. The bars are nice and the vibration isn't too bad if I'm only riding for 2 hours but I really need to bar end mirror mounted.

I've seen some aluminum bushings that come with some of the bar end mirrors sold on ebay. Are those the only other option other than taking it to the shop and having them weld some in there?
