I have to admit.. I REALLY like it. Looks like a supersport converted to streetfighter. No word on weight yet. Hope it's not a pig. Not that it matters really cause it probably won't be available in US anyway.

Agreed! I think it's actually worse than our beloved FZ6's swingarm! The rest of it looks great though - a Kawasaki Z750 beater maybe? I'd certainly choose it over an FZ8!!!!

if yamaha sells alot of fz8's this year in the states, then we will probably see it here next year

That swing arm sure doesn't match the lines of the rest of the bike. A radial brake kit would also finish the sporty look off, but maybe it'll be offered in an "R" model with fully adjustable suspension too.

I agree that it would be nice if naked bikes had a bigger market in the US. I get so many comments on my Triumph around town, you'd think they'd be a bigger market than there is.:spank:
