My mom would roast the seeds with a little salt. Now there are companies that roast the seeds with garlic and salt, Chile lime etc.

My great aunt would batter and fry the blossoms. :rockon:

All I got last night was toilet paper on one of my trees. :p

We give away as many as we can!! :D We peddle some off to the neighbors, I bring some to work with me (the white ones are the best for making pies), and a few disappear on their own (pumpkin theives!!) Jeff usually dumps some in the corner of our yard, and we end up with a few vines next year.
This year we "only" have about 150 or 200. :D Last year was over 800 (a bunch of tiny gourds along with the big and medium ones.)
I'm glad you all enjoy them.
