I suffer from gout and I have to agree drugs are great, but I do believe in more water. My hands really swell up every week and I know that I need to drink water to break down the acid in my joints.

It's very hard to do. I take a 1.5 litre bottle to work every day and force it down. Now, if it was rum/coke or a black russian yes.... Mike has always drunk at least 3 litres per day and he still got gout. Beer, redwine - bad for you - cutting down on a lot of rich food/drinks and the tablets have really helped him.

My bike was stolen this morning!

Well, sort of. A devilishly good looking Australian man, who may or may not be married to me, took a beautiful white FZ6 with very loud Scorpion pipes to work this morning.

Funny, I thought his bike was an XJR1300 Armchair :(

Look after my baby Prebstar, or else!

On a different note, this am i had to laugh as 3 idiots spun and stacked each other into the barrier while going straight, level, freeway speed from hitting a patch of ice maybe 3 car lengths long....

Caused an hr long backup! Morons.... Not sure how they managed!

Yes, 32°F here unlike your little warm spot there...

Kazza I sat straight up too, I think you should be ashamed, to be worried when someone wants to ride your bike rather than theirs, and for scaring us.:Flip:;););)

My dear Kazza, buy me a round trip ticket and I'll pop on down to your house and kick some arse. OK I won't resort to violence but I will jump on the XJR1300 and give the bike a proper flogging for a week or so.
That it'll teach him to touch the 6.
