That looks fantastic! Hopefully they'll hold up well.

yeah Eric they looked fantastic until i realized when i went to pull outta my driveway yesterday that with the throttle bar end tightened with the mirror it completely locks the throttle in place. it really sucks. i wish i had gone with the pig spotters with the bar ends included at this point but i dont really like the look of those. im gonna have to try something else like backing off the bar end with some read thread locker or something. how annoying. definitely NOT plug and play!

Don't give up! You just have to move controls in ever so slightly!
This will require grinding off the plastic tabs that fit into bar holes, but it only takes a few minutes if you have a Dremel.

1) Ok so they have some weight plus the wight of the mirror wouldn't be enough?

2) so this is what you ment to mount the mirrors to using the stock bar ends?
would they still go into the bars far enough?

Nope, that's not it. Just go pull up the grip a little bit on clutch side near the bar end. You'll see that there's a pretty long section of bar end that sits under the grip. All you have to do is slide the grip inboard and mount the mirror right to the bar end.. no additional hardware.

I am planning to buy these fake rizoma mirrors for my naked conversion.

With a little modification i could use them with the stock bar ends as i read in this thread.

They are cheap like $50 shipped for a pair.
Do you recommend them?
Quality looks nice but is it really good?
