So it's been a long time since I've been on this forum, maybe 6 months but it feels like years.

This year has been pretty nuts for me, losing 120 pounds, then almost dying driving off a cliff and rolling over in an armored truck.

hows everyone else been?

Hey welcome back hope you're ok

There's been a few long time members that have been a bit quiet of late I know that while I read daily, time to write and comment seems to be getting harder to find

You have a pretty valid reason for being quiet, as I said hope you're keeping well now

Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner and it works every time !

Holy crap!! I'm guessing the 120 pound weight loss upset the balance of the truck :D

Hope you're OK and glad to hear from you

Welcome back man. 120 lbs wow!

:welcome:back! Hope you've fully recovered and lost the weight in a good way. 120 lbs. is a lot of weight to lose! :)

Glad you're ok.:cheer:

150lbs lost is a great mod for speed.

Shame on me.:spank:

Glad you're ok.:cheer:

Did you lose the weight DURING the rollover? As Bill Cosby said.....'first you say it...then you do it'.

Glad you are ok, congrats on the loss, and welcome back.

Thanks everybody for the good words.

I try to ride as much as possible, but work really makes it difficult.
I actually rode my bike to work that day, and was unable to ride it home because of the pain and drugs, so they actually brought it into the branch.

The weight loss does make it seem like my bike gained 20hp!

I lost the weight with diet and exercise. When I first started, I couldn't run at all, or do a single pushup. Now I run for miles and lift weights and whatnot.
I went down to 195lbs being slightly muscular, and have put back on another 10lbs in muscle.

The accident wasn't my fault, I swerved to avoid hitting a truck head on and lost control. Could've been a lot worse, but those trucks are built like a tank and the sturdy body and seatbelts saved our lives. My neck got tweaked when my head hit the ceiling though.
