Hey guys,

My FZ6 was clearly left outside for alot of its life, and the plastic screen over the actual screen on the gauge. Has anyone found a way to replace it without having to replace the entire unit?

Its sun damaged to the point of cracking. LCD itself is fine, its just the "screen" in front of it.

I remember FinalImpact worked on an instrument cluster and he may have some insight on opening it.

Get on ebay and find a dead unit with a good housing. Well, I've only opened the S2. But the circuit board is seperate. Just remove the screws from the back.
