ITSME, Get that bike naked!!! For some reason, the red bikes are my favorites when undressed! Get going on the project... you won't regret it!
Here's a couple quickies taken with my phone today...just got the bike back from having lots done - Ohlins Rear Shock, Racetech Springs, etc, Braking Wave discs, a bit of painting, some LED indicators, and the Two Brothers Titanium pipes.
Have also just taken off the screen, and wind deflectors as winter is done in Oz now.
Is still a work in progress...but is getting sharper. :Flash:

I'm much more decisive than you... I like the orange. Why don't you send me your tank?![]()
Some day, when I've got spare cash burning a hole in my pocket, I'm going to price getting an orange tank from Australia...
Was the Orange never released in the States? They are very rare here in Oz. have only seen, or heard of two others where i live.
Have thought of doing Front fender, side pods, and ducktail orange, with black stripes too, but man it would be loud!
No orange here!
I too like the orange better than the black, but you already knew that!

When I first decided to get a bike (before I did my research and before I decided that I should start small) the bike I fell in love with was the 2003 SV650 in burnt orange. I've wanted a bike that color ever since. I thought about painting mine, or buying the parts from Yamaha Europe, but it wouldn't look as good with my silver frame as it does with the black.
