Did you add a mount for the OEM style link for that shock and S/A combo or mount the shock direct to S/A?

Hint im running an R1/R6 shock, but its revalved and has threaded adjuster. It worked out very well! Good control and nearly drop in - install. R1 shock install

it has the dogbones and everything from an 03-05 r6 (or all years r6s)

got a rough layout of all the electronics under the seat. gonna try to make a plate/bracket this weekend.. not set on rfid with all the bad things people have been saying, so i think i'm going to try and tuck the ignition under the seat too... it cant stick out the side like i planned because i'm worried about my leg hitting it

will be a pain in the ass to get to the key, but at least it looks good. again, this isn't my daily.

havent had much time to work on the bike, but today i had some time to cut out a metal bracket for the lights. hard to be too precise with the dremel/hand files so i might get a cnc piece cut once i get the design perfect. dunno yet, just trying to work on the perfect angle

I think you might be off one set of holes as the connectors should nearly be north / south. So, the fuel arm might be resting on the tank and not move its full swing. Not to mention the HP hose pointed into something....

Bad angle but I have this:

You're gonna have a hard time getting away from the OEM as single data wire for many features:
Tach
SPEED
Distance
ECM /CEL
Oil Level

With you glass work you could take the back off an 07 - 09 and lay it down pretty flat making a new rear case??? Just a thought.

I have pictures of one I repaired somewhere...
Scan through here - one could remote mount the bulk of the data but its not worth the effort in my opinion. In this case, I repaired the PCBA as it had etched the traces off the board. Took the LCD panel off.
