New project 1986 FZ600

And it is the same fairing on the MZ. The colors on the SV650 made it look a lot different.

Pretty much done. All the new brake stuff is done. Just need to sync the carbs some day when it is warm enough to have the door open for a while and then start repairing some of the broken tabs on the fairings.

Hi. Would you have a picture like this of the other side ? Also one without the tank to show what goes under it ? Basically looking for mounting points for fairings and where and what electrics are under the tank. I have the frame and a whole bunch of parts that I have to figure where they go. Thank you for your time.

Yeah, the bodywork is interesting. The MZ was one of the 3 bikes available from an estate. The previous owner was building custom fairings and luggage in fiberglass or aluminum. I did have to ask his kid what the holder was for because all 3 bikes had it. It was to hold his water bottle ;) The MZ was never finished, so the bags need some additional mounting and the exhaust attachment needs to be re-thought. Main thing is getting the carb conversion done and getting it running.

These are the 2 other bikes that were for sale. A sv650 and an old honda 500 with full custom aluminum fairings.

Saw the SV650 Gladi whatever on reddit today. Keep the English wheel shaping things up!.
Sorry...Those fairings are ugly but I'm still impressed at the skills....

This is about all I have. Didn't take a ton of pictures of this one.
