SoCal Veterans Day Ride Nov 11?

Hey SoCal Hoons! Remember that nice Ducati rider we picked up on our Hwy 94 stormy ride awhile back? He's available for a ride this weekend and I can't think of a better way to celebrate Veterans Day. I know we have some other Veterans in our group, and some of you didn't make last Sunday's ride. Here is a second chance!

Are you free to ride on Monday, Nov 11? Or prefer another day this weekend? I'd still like to finish that Hwy 94 to Sunrise Hwy route, but am open to any suggestions. Okay, maybe not ANY suggestions...:spank:

Oklahoma? Did you get kicked out (just kidding) of Texas? Maybe one of these summers there, somehow, could be a So Cal and environs Hoon ride drawing FZ6-Forum riders, etc., from all over the map. It would be interesting...but probably not possible: too many puzzle pieces.

It's doable. We did the track day back in '09. That would be fun.

Here's the route I planned for one of our "Border Patrol" rides.

We can detour for a break at the Lyons Valley Trading Post and fuel up in Campo. Then continue to Julian via Sunrise Highway.

This an interesting ride that we don't do often enough.

I was thinking you and Verharen could meet at the Chevron on Main St. in Ramona and take 67 to the meet up at Greenfield Rd.
I'm just as happy to meet at the Shell though. With Cali rider coming it might be easier because the Shell is right off the 15 on Mira Mesa Blvd.
