If the group is large enough like the last big ACH ride we did, It would be a great idea to get some dayglo vests like Cali rider did the last time so we can have a better visual of the front rider and last rider. This will help keep us on the move sooner at turns. I have a dayglo green safety vest.
I will bring them again. In addition, it seems that many of us are using the Sena communicator system so keeping things tight should not be any problem. We should perform the usual pre-ride meeting/discussion so all participants know what to expect.
I would suggest that everyone carry a piece of paper or card in their wallet containing an emergency contact and any special health considerations. Don't have this in your phone, if it gets damaged in a crash or is password locked, there will be no way to access this data when it is needed the most.
